FRAME is a physician-led men’s health clinic and coaching platform. We treat testosterone optimization, erectile dysfunction, and hair loss. We also provide coaching in health, nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle for long-term results.
Complete a short questionnaire, then we order labs ($100 covers bloodwork and physician review). Dr. Sheffield reviews your results personally and determines if you’re a candidate. If approved, your prescription is written and shipped to your door.
Yes. Labs are required for all medical services. Dr. Sheffield uses your results to build a safe, effective plan specific to your biology. We don’t prescribe without a clinical basis.
After labs, most clients are reviewed and approved within 7–10 days. Coaching can begin sooner after your first call with Tom.
You’ll work directly with Dr. Sheffield for all medical care and Tom for coaching. Same people, every time — no call centers, no handoffs, no rotating providers.
Yes. All packages are plain and unmarked. Nothing on the exterior identifies the contents or sender as a medical provider.
Not at this time. All services are direct-pay. This allows us to keep pricing transparent and avoid the overhead and delays that come with insurance billing.
Yes. If you’re on an active treatment plan — particularly testosterone — we ask that you discuss discontinuation with Dr. Sheffield first, as some medications require a safe taper. Coaching services can be canceled at any time with no requirement.
